Key Requirement Clarification:
- The hiring team is looking for candidates with strong hands-on ISC (Identity Security Cloud) experience for atleast two years.
- The profile should be development-heavy, with approximately 80% development and 20% governance experience.
Role Description-
Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using Identity Security Cloud.
- Configure and customize SailPoint workflows, forms, rules, certifications, and provisioning processes.
- Develop and maintain application integrations using connectors, REST APIs, Web Services, JDBC, LDAP, Active Directory, and HR systems.
- Implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
- Configure and manage access request workflows, access certifications, role management, and policy enforcement.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, application owners, and infrastructure teams.
- Support audits, compliance initiatives, and access reviews.
- Develop custom Java code, BeanShell scripts, and SailPoint rules as required.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and migration activities.
- Create technical documentation, design documents, and operational procedures.
