Job Details

We are seeking a Sage Intacct Administrator to support and optimize our cloud-based accounting system. This role acts as a key liaison between Finance, IT, and Operations, ensuring system performance, user adoption, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary administrator for Sage Intacct, managing users, roles, permissions, and system controls
Provide support across all modules, including GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Projects, Contracts, Purchasing, and Inventory
Develop and implement workflows, automation rules, and system enhancements
Build and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and KPIs for internal stakeholders
Support system integrations with third-party platforms and banking systems
Manage data imports, migrations, and validation processes
Partner with Finance and IT to evaluate system improvements and implement new features
Deliver user training, onboarding, and maintain system documentation
Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with external vendors as needed
Assist with audits, system upgrades, and process improvement initiatives
Ensure data integrity, compliance, and security across financial systems
Qualifications
4+ years of experience with accounting systems, including at least 2+ years administering Sage Intacct
Strong experience configuring modules, managing integrations, and building reports
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros) and experience working with large data sets
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with API integrations or automation tools
Industry experience in construction or manufacturing
Experience with reporting tools such as Velixo is a plus
