Primary Function
The Safety Training and Development Manager is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving safety training programs across Dashiell’s construction and electrical services operations. This role brings hands-on field experience combined with formal safety credentials and a passion for workforce development, serving as a trusted subject matter expert and advocate for a strong safety culture at every level of the organization. The position will be based in our Deer Park, Texas office located at 1300 Underwood Road Deer Park, Texasand will report to Dashiell’s Vice President of Safety.
