Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular safety inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure adherence to safety standards. • Provide training and development programs for employees on topics such as first aid, CPR, OSHA regulations, and occupational health practices. • Investigate incidents and accidents to determine root causes; prepare detailed reports outlining findings and recommendations for improvement. • Collaborate with management to promote a proactive approach to workplace safety; facilitate communication regarding safety concerns. • Monitor changes in environmental regulations and industry best practices to ensure ongoing compliance.
