UniTek Global Services is seeking a dedicated Safety Specialist to support and promote a safe working environment across all divisions. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with company state and federal safety standards while helping build a proactive safety-focused culture.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain accurate records of inspections, incident reports, training, and certification records to ensure compliance with all safety‑related regulations.
Provide guidance to employees on preventing and reducing safety incidents.
Deliver ongoing safety training to reinforce safe work practices and promote a strong safety mindset across the organization.
Conduct regular onsite safety audits for both in‑house employees and subcontractors.
Participate in OSHA and other safety certification courses as assigned.
Support various safety initiatives and perform additional duties as needed.
