As Australia's aquaculture leader and leading seafood brand, we are continuing to invest in our people, our operations, and our safety culture.This is an exciting time to join our Safety team as we continue to embed and evolve our safety transformation across the business.About the roleReporting to the Senior Manager - Safety, this role partners closely with site leaders to strengthen safety capability, embed effective risk management practices, and drive a proactive, interdependent safety culture.This is a dual-site role, supporting both our Marine Operations team within the Southern Zone in Dover, as well as our Processing operations based in Margate. Our Safety Partner will be required to work across both sites, partnering closely with leaders and teams to support safe, effective and consistent operations across both marine and land-based environments. Given the importance of the Southern Zone, regular travel between sites is a core part of the role, with time expected to be balanced across both locations in line with operational priorities. A company vehicle (tool of trade) will be provided to support travel between sites.Tassal is currently on a defined safety transformation journey, with strong executive commitment and ongoing investment in capability, systems and culture.
