We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Safety Officer with OSHA 510 (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) training to ensure the health and safety of employees, contractors, and visitors within the workplace. The Safety Officer will lead and support safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards and fostering a safe working environment for all.

Responsibilities
Safety Inspections & Audits:
- Conduct regular site safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
- Perform periodic audits of safety procedures, equipment, and systems to ensure adherence to OSHA standards.
Training & Education:
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for employees to ensure they are informed about safety protocols, emergency procedures, and proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Maintain OSHA 510 certification and stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations.
Safety Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain safety records, incident reports, and logs in accordance with OSHA requirements.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual safety reports for management review.
Accident Investigation:
- Lead the investigation of workplace accidents or incidents, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Prepare reports of incidents for management and regulatory agencies, as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (required).
- OSHA 510 certification (OSHA Standards for the Construction Industry) is a must.
- Additional certifications such as First Aid/CPR, OSHA 30-Hour, or other safety-related certifications are a plus.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, safety standards, and risk management practices.
- Spanish Bilingual is a bonus
