Completion Bonus: $150/month

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 40-50 Hours Per Week

This role offers the opportunity to oversee safety on a large-scale industrial construction project involving multiple trades, contractor coordination, facility expansion activities, and daily construction operations while partnering closely with project leadership and field personnel.
What You'll Be Doing
- Oversee daily safety activities for construction and expansion operations
- Conduct routine site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Monitor contractor compliance with OSHA regulations and project safety requirements
- Lead incident investigations and corrective action implementation
- Deliver new hire orientations and ongoing safety training
- Review Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), permits, and pre-task plans
- Maintain safety documentation, reports, and compliance records
- Partner with project management and field supervision to proactively identify and mitigate hazards
- Coordinate safety efforts among multiple trades and subcontractors
- Support safe work practices within an active manufacturing environment
- Promote a positive safety culture across the project
Required Qualifications
OSHA 30 Certification
5+ years of construction safety experience
Preferred Qualifications
Manufacturing facility construction experience
Industrial construction experience
General contractor safety experience
CHST, ASP, CSP, or other BCSP credential
Experience supporting large-scale capital expansion projects
Technical Knowledge
