Project Scope

The Safety Manager will support a short-term construction project in Hutto, TX, providing onsite safety oversight and compliance management. This role is focused on maintaining a safe work environment through consistent field presence, proactive hazard identification, and enforcement of safety standards.
The position requires hands-on involvement with daily inspections, permit management, and coordination with field leadership to ensure all safety protocols are followed. Strong technical aptitude is essential, as documentation and reporting will be managed using digital tools and systems.

Qualifications

OSHA 510 certification
Strong technology skills for digital reporting and documentation
Experience conducting site inspections
Experience managing permits
Ability to work a Monday-Saturday, 60-hour schedule
Ability to work onsite in Hutto, TX

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily jobsite safety inspections
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
  • Manage and review safety-related permits
