Safety Manager

The Role

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the internal safety team
  • Develop and implement company-wide safety programs and policies
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and other regulations
  • Conduct job-site audits, inspections, and safety reviews
  • Oversee project-specific safety plans, JHAs, and procedures
  • Investigate incidents and lead root cause analysis
  • Track and report safety metrics to senior leadership
  • Partner with operations teams to drive a proactive safety culture

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a Safety Manager or leadership role
  • Background in electrical construction, industrial, or energy projects
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations
  • Experience conducting site audits and incident investigations
  • Ability to lead teams and influence cross-functional stakeholders
  • Strong communication, reporting, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to building and maintaining a strong safety culture
