Job Details

What You’ll Do:
Lead all field safety initiatives across multiple active construction projects
Conduct regular site audits, inspections, and safety evaluations
Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce company safety standards and procedures
Develop and deliver toolbox talks, onboarding, and ongoing safety training
Investigate incidents, near misses, and injuries while implementing corrective actions
Partner with project teams, superintendents, and subcontractors to proactively mitigate risk
Track and maintain safety documentation, reporting, and compliance records
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to safety culture and field operations
Assist with preconstruction planning and project-specific safety plans
Promote accountability and a proactive safety mindset across all levels of the organization

What They’re Looking For:
5+ years of construction safety experience
Commercial construction experience required
Knowledge of OSHA regulations and construction safety best practices
OSHA 30 certification required; CHST, CSP, or similar credentials preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to build relationships with field teams and subcontractors
Experience managing safety across multiple projects simultaneously
Strong organizational and documentation skills
