This full-time, year-round position provides leadership and accountability across three interconnected domains: team member safety and MIOSHA/OSHA compliance, guest risk management, and resort security operations. The Safety Manager is responsible for building and sustaining a proactive safety culture throughout the resort, ensuring regulatory compliance, protecting guests and team members from harm, and maintaining a secure environment across all facilities and grounds.
