The Safety/Environmental/Health Coordinator will work to promote and enhance the safety culture and mindset throughout the Wisconsin and Ohio teams. This person will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the divisions’ safety and environmental programs, including leading training initiatives and ensuring all records are accurately maintained.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to: co-authoring safety/operating and environmental procedures; auditing plant conditions and teammate actions; compiling, analyzing and reporting safety and environmental metrics; ensuring the division is in compliance with local, state and federal guidelines; participating in corporate initiatives. In addition, this person will work with outside auditors and government inspectors as necessary.
Base annual salary starting at 87,835 USD, based on qualifications and experience.

Minimum Qualifications:
1. Experience as a safety or environmental coordinator
2. Safety/Emergency services certification
3. OSHA and VPP experience
