Job Details

Model and promote a strong company-wide safety culture and accountability at every level of the organization
Develop, implement, and maintain ongoing safety education and training programs
Conduct safety training and meetings for all employees, maintaining thorough documentation
Train employees on construction and jobsite-specific hazard recognition and mitigation
Perform regular jobsite inspections to identify risk areas and develop corrective action plans
Ensure ongoing compliance with OSHA/MSHA and other federal, state, and company safety regulations
Lead incident and near-miss investigations, conduct root cause analysis, and recommend corrective/preventative actions
Prepare and maintain all required safety documentation and reporting
Partner closely with executive leadership, management, and field personnel to drive continuous improvement in safety performance
