Seeking a highly experienced Safety Director to lead an injury-free safety program for a top mechanical company.
Primary responsibilities include
- Leading safety initiatives on and off job sites
- Performing safety audits and promoting safe construction practices
- Maintaining an injury-free environment
- Conducting annual safety orientations for new hires, subcontractors, and employees
Qualifications include
- 10+ years of safety experience
- Preferred certifications such as SMS, CHST, CSP, CIT, CIH, OHST, CHMM
- CPR/First Aid/AED certification is a plus
- Supervisory experience with safety team members
