Pay range is dependent on experience $75,000 - $85,000 + bonus potential
The Safety Manager is responsible for providing a safe work environment for all Employees. Responsible for ensuring compliance of all Federal & State regulations. Manage and direct all workers compensation, vehicle accident/insurance, and all product liability claims for the company. Responsible for reducing liability/financial exposure for the company. Spearhead roll-out of all Corporate Safety programs. Execute NorthCenter specific plans that support PFGs overall objectives, including security and crisis preparedness objectives.

Ability to professionally design and present training to small and large groups of EEs.
Proficient skills with MS Office suite specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Office 365.
Ability to quickly learn various custom software applications.
Ability to analyze data and produce corrective action plans/training to reduce injuries and accidents.
Work Schedule primarily normal office hours, however, must be available to work split shift at least twice a week as workload requires.
