C&C Boiler Sales and Service, Inc. is seeking a Safety & Compliance Coordinator to support our safety initiatives across our service and project teams. This role will assist in promoting a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with OSHA standards, and supporting field operations with day-to-day safety needs.
C&C Boiler specializes in power plant, heating, mechanical contracting, and industrial products, including packaged boilers, industrial burners, heat exchangers, and other boiler plant equipment. We provide sales, service, parts, technical support, testing, and training throughout Virginia, West Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in implementing and maintaining safety programs in accordance with OSHA standards
Support job site safety inspections and help reinforce safe work practices in the field
Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings with field teams
Assist with maintaining safety documentation, logs, and compliance records (including OSHA reporting support)
Help review subcontractor safety plans and ensure alignment with company standards
Support incident and near-miss investigations, including documentation and follow-up
Assist with job hazard analyses and risk assessments
Help coordinate safety training, drills, and emergency preparedness activities
Respond to employee safety concerns and escalate when needed
Promote a positive and proactive safety culture across all departments
Assist in ensuring tools and equipment are safe and compliant for use

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in a safety-related role (construction, industrial, or similar environment)
Working knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations
CHST certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work both independently and alongside field teams
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Safety, Environmental Health, or related field preferred
