School Safety Officer

Performs a variety of duties required to maintain a safe and secure environment in a school, an alternative learning center, or for adult and community education programs held during or after school, in the evening and/or on weekends; enforces regulations establishing a tobacco-, alcohol-, weapons-, and drug-free school setting; may monitor students in a self-contained setting.
