What You'll be Doing:

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
  • Coordinate and track employee safety training programs and company safety initiatives
  • Support employee onboarding, orientation, and new hire documentation
  • Maintain employee records and ensure HR and compliance documentation remains accurate and up to date
  • Assist with benefits administration, enrollments, employee changes, and billing verification
  • Track and report safety, OSHA, and environmental compliance information
  • Review and update company policies, safety procedures, and training materials
  • Support employee relations, engagement initiatives, and ongoing HR programs
  • Partner with leadership to promote a strong culture of safety, accountability, and employee development

Who We're Looking For:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, Safety, or a related field - or equivalent professional experience
  • Experience in recruiting, human resources, safety administration, or a related role
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive problem solver
  • Someone who enjoys building relationships and creating positive employee experiences
