SaaS Project Manager SaaS Upgrades

Need: Project Manager to lead end-to-end SaaS upgrade delivery across multiple client engagements, owning scope, schedule, milestones, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication. • Ensure client alignment, delivery quality, readiness for testing/validation/go-live, and adherence to upgrade methodology.

Role: SaaS Project Manager – SaaS Upgrades

Need: Project Manager to lead end-to-end SaaS upgrade delivery across multiple client engagements, owning scope, schedule, milestones, budget, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage SaaS upgrade projects from planning through go-live.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, QA, infrastructure, and client stakeholders.
• Own project governance, status reporting, escalations, RAID tracking, and financial monitoring.
• Ensure client alignment, delivery quality, readiness for testing/validation/go-live, and adherence to upgrade methodology.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with strong focus on delivery outcomes and execution discipline.

Must-Have Skills:
• 6+ years of project management experience in enterprise/SaaS implementations or upgrades.
• Strong experience managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, dependencies, and client stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
• Strong communication, ownership, problem-solving, and attention to detail.

Preferred Experience:
• Financial services / investment management / trading systems background.
• Experience with Front, Middle, or Back Office investment management platforms.
• PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
