7–12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Order-to-Cash processes, and/or SAP Sales functional leadership.
1–2+ full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations or ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation projects with OTC ownership.
Deep expertise in:Pricing
Order management
Delivery processing
Billing processes and controls
Experience or familiarity with SAP Vehicle Management solutions and integration into OTC, Finance (RTR), and Logistics processes.
Strong cross-functional leadership experience working with Finance, Supply Chain, and Master Data teams.
Proven ability to drive fit-to-standard decisions and manage scope effectively in complex enterprise environments.
Assess and evaluate configuration impacts across OTC processes.
Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) initiatives with strong quality gate governance and release readiness discipline.
Integrations including EDI, middleware platforms, tax engines, and payment interfaces, with the ability to support issue triage and resolution.
Communicate with executive-level management
EnableSAP Settlement Management/Rebates, Output Management (BRF+), and SAP Fiori application.
Support complex pricing models and large-scale enterprise sales operations.
