Description

Sales & Operations Planning

  • Lead the monthly S&OP process, aligning demand forecasts, inventory plans, supply requirements, and business objectives.
  • Partner with Wholesale, eCommerce, and Finance teams to develop rolling sales forecasts and identify risks and opportunities.
  • Translate commercial forecasts into operational plans that support inventory availability and customer service goals.
  • Monitor forecast accuracy and develop recommendations to improve planning effectiveness.

Inventory & Supply Chain Planning

  • Analyze inventory levels, turns, aging inventory, and stock availability to optimize working capital and service levels.
  • Partner with Operations and supply chain partners to balance inventory investment with growth objectives.
  • Support seasonal and product launch planning to ensure successful execution across channels.
  • Identify potential supply constraints and develop mitigation strategies.

Business Performance & Analytics

  • Develop and maintain KPI reporting related to sales, inventory, forecast accuracy, fulfillment, and operational performance.
  • Analyze business trends and provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
  • Support scenario planning and decision-making through data-driven insights.
  • Deliver reporting and dashboards that improve visibility across functions.

Operational & Financial Partnership

  • Support budgeting and forecasting processes related to inventory, logistics, and wholesale operations.
  • Monitor operational spend and identify opportunities for efficiency and cost optimization.
  • Assist in management of working capital processes, including inventory, accounts receivable, and accounts payable trends.
  • Partner with Finance to support business planning and strategic initiatives.

Process Improvement

  • Drive continuous improvement of planning, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and enhanced data visibility.
  • Support implementation of systems, tools, and best practices that improve scalability as the company grows.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field.
  • 4-7 years of experience in S&OP, demand planning, inventory planning, supply chain analytics, business operations, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting wholesale, consumer products, retail, footwear, apparel, or eCommerce businesses preferred.
  • Strong Excel and data analysis capabilities.
  • Experience working with ERP, planning, or inventory management systems (NetSuite experience a plus).
  • Understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and operational KPI development.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across commercial, operational, and finance teams.
  • Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary ranging from $95,000 to $135,000 annually
