Experienced RV Technicians | $22–$30 Per Hour Plus Production Bonuses

Bring your technical experience to a growing organization where your skills, productivity, and quality of work are valued. Our RV Technicians diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide variety of RV systems, helping our customers get safely back on the road and ready for their next adventure.

We are especially interested in meeting experienced RV Technicians who are ready to bring their skills to Blue Compass RV and grow their careers with a nationwide organization.

You may be a great fit if you:

• Have professional RV repair and service experience
• Have experience diagnosing electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance, slide-out, roofing, structural, or other RV systems
• Are skilled at troubleshooting and completing repairs accurately and efficiently
• Understand how to manage repair orders and work in a production-based environment
• Take pride in quality workmanship and strong productivity
• Are dependable, safety-minded, and committed to providing excellent service
• Can work independently while also contributing to a team environment
• Hold RVTI, manufacturer, or other relevant technical certifications

Experienced technicians from related industries are also encouraged to attend, including professionals with backgrounds in:

• Automotive or diesel repair
• Electrical systems
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Carpentry or construction
• Appliance repair
• Mechanical or general maintenance
