Ruskin, a subsidiary of Air Distribution Technologies, Inc., is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to provide consultative support to independent representatives. This role focuses on fostering strong relationships, offering strategic guidance, and ensuring exceptional customer service rather than direct team manager. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of sales strategy, market dynamics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with independent representatives to drive business growth. The Regional Sales Manager will educate engineers, contractors, and code officials on Ruskin products, provide application support, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will be based in the Assigned Territory Region or willing to work from our Grandview, MO location.
