Rural Health Transformation (RHT) Project Manager
General Summary: Reporting to the RHT Grant Manager, the RHT Project Manager is responsible for management, planning, and implementation of CCSNH system wide projects that align with the scope, budget, and advancement of the Rural Health Transformation Grant. This role will oversee cross-functional projects including curriculum development (40%), technology implementation (40%), and data tracking efforts (20%) aligned with grant objectives.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized college or university in Business, Project Management, Education, Data Analytics, Public Health, Public Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
Experience: Six (6) years of project/program management experience within higher education, workforce development, grant administration, or related experience..
License/Certifications: Valid Driver’s License or access to statewide transportation.
Additional Desired Qualifications: Project management skills including the ability to define projects, prioritize and manage multiple projects, measure and evaluate progress and outcomes, and meet timelines while producing quality work. Working knowledge of data management and strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and integrity. Measure and evaluate progress and outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient in the use of technology, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other graphic presentation software. Ability to define problems, collects data, establish facts, recommend and implement solutions in a timely fashion. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a complex, fast-paced grant environment. Ability to collaborate across diverse teams and systems. High level of discretion in handling sensitive and confidential data. Ability to express ideas clearly and concisely both orally and in writing. Ability to evaluate and analyze program effectiveness and resource utilization. Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment in the performance of duties. Must be willing to maintain an appearance appropriate to assigned duties and responsibilities as determined by management.
