In this role,youllperform a variety of specialized medical secretarial and scheduling duties that help ensure smooth clinic operations and a positive patient experience.Youllwork closely with patients, providers, and clinic staff while managing multiple priorities with accuracy, initiative, and professionalism. Key Responsibilities Perform specialized medical secretarial and scheduling duties to support patient care Assistwith admission-related tasks and clinic workflow coordination Maintain accuracy withAccuReg, ABN forms, and MSP reporting requirements Manage time efficiently while handling scheduled and unscheduled tasks Utilize computer systems and Microsoft Word and Excel to support clinic operations Uphold Service Excellence standards with patients, families, and coworkers Collaborative Teamwork This role involves working closely with clinic providers and staff to support patient-centered care and contribute to a positive, efficient, and collaborative work environment.
