Pay & Benefits
  • Hourly Rate: $45–$50/hour
  • Mileage Reimbursement
  • Sign-On Bonus: $2,000 after 60 days, additional $2,000 after 180 days

What You’ll Do
  • Manage ventilation support for pediatric and ALS patients in home or clinical settings
  • Conduct comprehensive respiratory assessments and monitor equipment
  • Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain advanced respiratory devices and software
  • Provide education to patients and caregivers on respiratory care and equipment use
  • Maintain accurate and detailed documentation for each patient case
  • Support on-call respiratory consultations as needed
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
What You Need
Required:
  • Active RRT or RN licensure
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Pediatric and/or ALS ventilation experience
  • Proficiency with respiratory equipment and related software
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Preferred:
  • Experience with Care Orchestrator, Astral software
  • Previous home respiratory care experience
  • Continuous learning mindset
