The Contract Right-of-Way Supervisor will be assigned to one or more Projects, which can include projects with multi-million dollar ROW budgets. Some projects require participation in the FERC pre-filing and/or application process, so an understanding of the regulatory process, timelines and requirements is essential. This individual is responsible for participating in the development and monitoring of a strategic project execution plan/schedule that considers all relevant Federal, State and Local laws, regulations, permits and other requirements. The Right-of-Way Supervisor is directly responsible for supervising contract ROW staff throughout all phases of the project and coordinates survey activities, landowner notifications and landowner outreach meetings that are necessary to meet FERC filing requirements. This individual manages budget, schedule and risk related to the acquisition strategy and directs the negotiation of easements, permits, licenses and leases and monitors construction activities and settlement of damages. The Right-of-Way Supervisor coordinates with the Documents Specialist on matters involving tract files, titles, forms, and progress. He/she coordinates with the project team regarding access roads, additional extra workspaces and land related construction requirements. The ability to operate Microsoft Office software and email is required. It is preferred that the Right-of-Way Supervisor has at least 2 years of supervisory experience or as a Principal Right-of-Way Agent. The Right-of-Way Supervisor reports to the Right-of-Way Project Manager(s).I
