Router Operator

Job Title: CNC Router Operator – 4-Day Workweek, Steady Hours
Pay: $16.50 – $20.00 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Summary:
Looking to build your skills in a hands-on manufacturing role? We're hiring a CNC Router Operator to support production in a fast-paced environment. This is a great opportunity for entry to mid-level candidates—whether you have some machine experience or are mechanically inclined and ready to learn.
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC router machines according to job specifications
• Monitor machine performance and make basic adjustments as needed
• Load and unload materials safely and efficiently
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints, or cut lists
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines

• Ability to read a tape measure and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
• Comfortable standing and working on your feet for extended periods
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Previous CNC, machine operation, or manufacturing experience
• Familiarity with basic machine setup or production processes
