What Youll Do:
- Serve as a Route Service & Sales Representative Trainee, supporting restaurant and hospitality clients through scheduled route service, product delivery, and sales support.
- Operate an Auto-Chlor company vehicle to visit customers across the Eugene and surrounding areas.
- Restock supplies, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure commercial dish machines are running smoothly.
- Build relationships and upsell cleaning & disinfecting products.
- Handle basic mechanical tasks and light repairs.
- Collect payments and provide excellent customer service.
- Be part of an on-call rotation (every 6-7 weeks) for emergency service needs.
What Were Looking For:

- Mechanically Inclined: Comfortable troubleshooting and performing light repairs.
- Sales Oriented: Experience in upselling or light sales is a plus.
- Licensed & Responsible: A valid drivers license for at least 3 years is a must.

Work Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 7am-4:30pm, with overtime as needed.
