As this position oversees a satellite operation, the Route Manager must be a highly motivated and accountable leader capable of working independently while maintaining strong communication with senior leadership. The successful candidate will possess a thorough understanding of waste industry operations, demonstrate initiative in problem-solving and decision-making, and effectively manage personnel, safety, customer service, and operational performance with limited day-to-day oversight.
