Responsibilities
Safely operate company delivery vehicles to transport bottled water and bulk water to residential and commercial customers.
Deliver orders accurately, efficiently, and on schedule, maintaining excellent time management throughout the day.
Provide professional and courteous customer service during each delivery; address customer questions and concerns promptly and respectfully.
Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety procedures to ensure safe driving and delivery practices.
Load and unload water products using appropriate equipment, ensuring all deliveries are secure and damage-free.
Complete all required delivery documentation accurately, including invoices, route logs, and delivery confirmations.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the delivery vehicle to ensure safe and presentable operation.
Report any vehicle issues, delays, or delivery concerns to dispatch or management promptly.
Assist in warehouse or yard duties as needed, including organizing inventory and preparing deliveries.
Uphold the companys standards for professionalism, reliability, and safety at all times.
Valid [State] drivers license (Class C or higher)
Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the day
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
Comfortable with GPS navigation and basic mobile delivery apps
Ability to follow delivery schedules, invoices, and route plans accurately
Must pass a background check and drug screening
Prior experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus
Familiarity with local roads and traffic patterns is an advantage
