Job Description
Are you a seasoned framer with leadership skills and an eye for detail? We’re hiring a Framing Foreman to lead residential and light commercial framing crews on projects throughout the Wasatch Front and Back. Primarily Summit and Salt Lake Counties.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and supervise a crew of framers, ensuring quality work and job site efficiency
Interpret and build to plans, specs, and local codes
Coordinate daily tasks, schedule materials
Communicate with GCs, project managers, and inspectors
Track hours, productivity, and crew performance
Maintain tools and ensure safety compliance on site
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years experience in rough framing
1+ years as a foreman or crew lead
Solid understanding of structural framing systems, layouts, and techniques
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to work in all weather conditions and manage tight timelines
