Based in Houston, the Rotating Equipment Engineer – Operations & Digital Solutions supports Field Service operations across all project phases. This role combines field service support with process improvement and the implementation of practical tools and systems that enhance reporting, documentation, training, and field operations. As part of a growing organization with international operations, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with field teams and contribute to the continuous improvement of our Field Service organization. We are looking for a proactive engineer who is eager to learn, support field operations, and help replace traditional paper-based processes with smarter, more efficient digital solutions. Occasional travel to customer sites and project locations is expected to maintain a strong understanding of field operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation of software applications and smarter reporting tools for Field Service operationsDevelop and improve technical documentation, reporting tools, and Field Service job reportsSupport field service projects from planning through completionSupport the development of training programs, knowledge-sharing systems, and digital learning toolsSupport quality initiatives and the development of tooling systems used during field service and overhaul activitiesBackground and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial, Mechatronics, Engineering Technology, or a related disciplineExperience through engineering roles, manufacturing, operations, field service, internships, co-op programs, or technical projects is preferredExperience with rotating equipment, turbomachinery, industrial equipment, or field service operations is highly desirableInterest in software applications, process improvement, and modern operational tools, combined with a strong desire to learn and growProfessional SkillsSelf-driven, innovative, and eager to make an impactStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesComfortable learning new software tools and developing smarter ways of workingExcellent communication and collaboration skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
