Our mission: reliable uptime, every shift

We’re building a culture where proactive maintenance, collaboration, and safety-first execution deliver consistent performance across production and utilities. If you’re driven to find root causes, standardize fixes, and leave equipment better than you found it, you’ll thrive here.

How you’ll advance the mission

  1. Anticipate and act: Translate operator feedback and machine status indicators into targeted maintenance plans that stop failures before they start.
  2. Own the assets: Maintain and upgrade blowers, chillers, compressors, boilers, pneumatic/hydraulic systems, industrial HVAC, extruders, heaters, dehumidifiers, and web handling systems (conveying, winding, slitting).
  3. Master the rotating core: Apply lubrication excellence, precision alignment, balancing, and condition inspections to eliminate repeat issues.
  4. Institutionalize learning: Drive Root Cause Analysis, correct systemic errors, and continuously improve our maintenance management system.
  5. Prioritize with purpose: Partner with electrical, process, and reliability teammates to align priorities and investments for your plant area.
  6. Protect quality: Maintain assets to ISO/TS expectations and feed insights back to prevent deviations in critical-to-quality processes.
  7. Keep utilities robust: Support steam, compressed air, chilled water, cooling tower water, exhaust fans, and connected systems.
  8. Engineer with safety: Work with engineering on design, installs, startups/shutdowns, and PMs of new/modified equipment per US and Freudenberg safety procedures and standards.
  9. Raise the bar: Demonstrate craftsmanship, housekeeping excellence, and 5S discipline at all times.
  10. Be dependable: Share on-call rotation duties for a 24/7 operation; respond with hands-on support when needed.
  11. Multiply capability: Train peers to enhance reliability and safety performance across the team.

Qualifications that set you up for success

  • 0–5 years of industrial maintenance support; exposure to extrusion, plastics, or web handling/winding is advantageous.
  • CMMS familiarity for PM scheduling and corrective tracking preferred.
  • Background in pipefitting, sheet metal fabrication, and welding preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication with collaborative mindset across diverse technical levels.
  • Ability to work overtime or non-standard hours to support 24/7 operations; willing to participate in on-call rotation.
  • Eligible to obtain on-site Powered Industrial Truck and Aerial Lift certifications.
