We are seeking energetic, detail-oriented, and reliable Room Attendants to join our resort team. Unlike traditional hourly jobs, we offer an attractive pay-per-room structure ranging from $17 to $32 per room, depending on the size and type of the room. The faster and more efficiently you work (while maintaining high-quality standards), the more money you make! - Job Type: Part-Time (with a strong potential to transition to Full-Time based on your performance and resort occupancy).
- Schedule: Weekends Required (Saturday and Sunday are our busiest days!).
- Location: Resort Environment (On-site).

Key Responsibilities - Clean, dust, vacuum, and sanitize guest rooms and suites according to resort luxury standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish room amenities/guest supplies.
- Organize, stock, and maintain your cleaning cart at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost-and-found items immediately.
- Welcome guests with a friendly smile and a professional attitude at all times.
Requirements - Availability to work weekends and holidays is a MUST.
- Previous housekeeping or hotel cleaning experience is a plus, but not required—we provide full training!
- Ability to work independently, stay self-motivated, and manage your time efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a pride in your work.
Physical Requirements - Ability to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift 20–30 lbs regularly.
- Safe handling of standard cleaning chemicals (protective equipment provided).
