What You’ll Do

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Clean guest rooms and suites according to brand and company standards
• Make beds, change linens, replenish towels and guest supplies
• Clean bathrooms, vacuum, dust, wipe surfaces, and sanitize spaces
• Report maintenance concerns or safety issues promptly
• Restock housekeeping carts and supplies throughout shifts
• Respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner
• Ensure rooms are cleaned, inspected, and ready for arriving guests
• Clean common areas or balconies when applicable
• Support teammates and help maintain a positive work environment

What We’re Looking For

Successful candidates will have:

• Reliable attendance and ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and move housekeeping equipment, carts, and linens
• Ability to stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
• Positive attitude and commitment to guest service
• Ability to communicate effectively with guests and fellow associates
• Willingness to learn hotel standards and safety procedures
• Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred, but not required

Work Environment

Hospitality operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules may be needed.
