What You'll Do
You pull up to a home. The homeowner is stressed. A leak, storm damage, or just overwhelmed and not sure where to turn. You're exactly who they've been looking for.
At the kitchen table, you listen. You educate. You guide them to a decision that protects their family and their home. Right then and there.
This role starts with active prospecting and grows into a referral-driven business as you build your reputation.
You will:
- Prospect and generate your own opportunities (door-to-door and networking early on)
- Meet with homeowners to assess roofing needs and provide solutions
- Educate customers clearly and professionally (no high-pressure tactics)
- Build relationships with homeowners and referral partners (agents, inspectors, etc.)
- Manage and follow up on your pipeline consistently
- Stay disciplined and hit performance goals through daily activity
- Work closely with mentors and leadership to improve and close deals
The Opportunity

- Typical earnings range from $75K–$150K+ annually
- Top performers earn $300K+
- Income is uncapped and performance-based
In your first 9–18 months, you’ll focus heavily on prospecting. As you grow, your business shifts toward referrals and network-driven opportunities.
The Hiring Process

Sales experience is preferred (especially commission-based), but not required.
