As a Roofing Sales Representative here, you'll join a close-knit team that values hard work, accountability, clean execution, honest communication, and real growth as the company expands.


What You'll Be Doing

Your days will be spent out in neighborhoods, talking with homeowners, starting conversations, and opening doors to new roofing projects. You'll be the first impression people remember.


This is hands-on outside sales. You'll canvas neighborhoods, build relationships, handle objections, inspect opportunities, prepare bids, send estimates to customers, and follow up consistently throughout the sales process.


You'll help homeowners feel informed instead of pressured. When you do it well, people trust you because you're clear, honest, professional, and responsive.


You'll also work closely with the team to help maintain a smooth customer experience from first conversation through signed project.


Hours & Schedule

  • Flexible part-time schedule initially
  • 25–50 hours per week
  • Opportunity for increased hours and responsibility based on performance and initiative


What You'll Earn

This role offers strong performance-based earning potential, with expected annual earnings ranging from $50,000–$150,000 for ambitious and consistent performers.
