We're looking for a motivated, results-driven Roofing Sales Consultant to join our team, especially as we head into storm season, when demand is at its highest. In this role, you will generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in targeted neighborhoods, perform roof inspections, and guide homeowners through repair or replacement options, including the insurance claim process when applicable. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-starter who thrives in a performance-based environment with strong earning potential.
Key responsibilities include:
Generate new business through door-to-door canvassing (required)
Prospect targeted neighborhoods, especially following storm activity
Conduct roof inspections and assess storm-related or general damage
Educate homeowners on roofing options and the insurance claim process
Prepare and present estimates and proposals
Close sales and maintain strong customer relationships
Partner with project managers to ensure smooth scheduling and job completion
Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and generate referrals
Requirements:
Previous sales experience in roofing, construction, home improvement, or related industries (preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Confidence in public speaking and presentations
Proven track record in sales (preferred)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and competitive drive
Comfortable working outdoors and ability to climb ladders for roof inspections
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
