This is not a traditional sales role.

You won’t be knocking doors.

You won’t be hunting for leads.
<\/span><\/span><\/div>

Instead, you’ll step into a<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>high -impact, field -based closing role<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>— working directly with warm inspections and converting them into signed deals.<\/span><\/span>

Inspection volume is surging —<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>40+ per day consistently, with peaks up to 70 in a single day<\/span><\/span><\/b>.

The current team is stretched thin, and leadership needs someone who can:

  • Take over inspections

    What You’ll Do<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>
    <\/span><\/span><\/h3>
    • Run<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>pre -qualified inspections<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>generated by the team
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Meet homeowners and<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>close roofing deals on -site<\/span><\/span><\/b>
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Manage multiple inspections daily in a fast -paced environment
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Support overall team revenue by ensuring deals don’t slip through
      <\/span><\/span><\/li>
    • Operate as a<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>trusted closer<\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span><\/span><\/span>across the market

      What We’re Looking For<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>

      • 6+ months of roofing experience required<\/span><\/span><\/b>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Strong understanding of the<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>roofing and insurance process<\/span><\/span><\/b>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Proven ability to<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>close deals confidently in -person<\/span><\/span><\/b>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Excellent communication and<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>relationship -building skills<\/span><\/span><\/b>
        <\/span><\/span><\/li>
      • Ability to move quickly, stay organized, and<\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span>handle multiple inspections daily<\/span><\/span><\/b>
