Job Summary
Redhammer Roof Group is hiring a Roofing Repair Specialist to perform roof repairs and maintenance on commercial and residential roofing systems. This role includes operating a company service truck, completing scheduled service work, supporting jobsite safety, and maintaining accurate service documentation.

Responsibilities
Perform repairs and maintenance on commercial and residential roofing systems
Inspect roofing issues and determine appropriate repair solutions
Operate and maintain a company service truck
Lead and work alongside an assistant technician on service calls
Keep tools, materials, equipment, and vehicle inventory organized and stocked
Complete service notes, job documentation, and administrative updates accurately
Follow company safety procedures and jobsite standards
Provide professional customer service during service visits
Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of roofing experience in commercial roofing, residential roofing, or both
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to diagnose and solve problems in the field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading or training a helper or junior technician
Experience using service documentation or work order systems
