What You'll Do:
- Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team of roofing professionals
- Develop and execute market penetration strategies in the NWA area
- Ensure exceptional customer service and quality workmanship standards
- Manage team performance, safety protocols, and professional development
- Build relationships with local suppliers, contractors, and community leaders
Compensation & Benefits:
- Modest base salary with 60% commission and a lucrative override compensation structure

Requirements:
