Requirements are a high school diploma, valid driver’s license, 1-3 years industry experience preferred, ability to work at heights, and bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus. Military service is also beneficial.
Compensation starts with a base of $36k during training, transitioning to 100% commission with potential earnings of $60k to over $100k annually.
