WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
- Supervise and work along-side of field crews and give them guidance, when needed
- Participate in pre-construction meetings and coordinating projects with Project Manager
- Using technology to update project schedules, provide daily logs to clients and process purchase orders for materials and subcontractors
- Notify trade partners of project schedule forecast and update regularly as project progresses
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment, including OSHA requirements
- Plan all construction operations and schedule intermediate phases to ensure deadlines are met
- Hire subcontractors and other staff and allocate responsibilities
- Review job tracking on a regular basis and analyze any deficiencies
- Create list of project materials to be ordered
- Schedule inspections, as needed
Requirements:
ABILITIES YOU MUST BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Expert-level, hands-on experience with modified bitumen and single-ply systems
- Proficient in technology-based applications
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize time and project needs
- Ability to interface well with work crews
- Ability to adapt to change in order to meet project goals/deadlines
