Roof Repair Mechanic Lead

About the role

As a Roof Repair Mechanic Lead, you are the frontline technical expert in the field and primary point of contact for the customer. This role is designed for an experienced roofing professional who takes pride in efficient work and values the customer experience above all else. We are looking for a reliable team leader who brings a positive attitude to every job site and possesses the communication skills to put customers at ease while restoring the integrity of their homes.

What you'll do

• Lead a two-man repair crew, managing daily schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring all work is completed to code and company standards. 
• Diagnose roof leaks with accuracy and complete repairs efficiently to stop water intrusion.
• Build positive relationships by communicating clearly and professionally with homeowners.
• Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures to protect yourself and the property.
• Represent the Cenvar brand with a polite, dependable, and positive attitude at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and keep the company vehicle orderly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of roofing experience, with the ability to diagnose and repair leaks.
• Proven ability to manage a team, delegate tasks, and maintain high morale under pressure. 
• Strong communication skills, organization, and a customer-focused demeanor.
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record (insurable under company policy) and a background check free of felony convictions.
• Must be polite, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
