Position Details
+ Position: Roll Off Driver
+ Pay:$25+ per hour (DOE)
+ Schedule: Local routes – home daily
What You’ll Be Doing
As a Roll Off Driver with Waste Connections, you will:
+ Safely operate a roll‑off truck servicing commercial and industrial customers
+ Deliver, swap, and remove open‑top containers and compactors
+ Read and follow route sheets and dispatcher instructions
+ Perform daily pre‑ and post‑trip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment, etc.)
+ Secure loads properly and operate hoist and cable systems safely
+ Maintain professional, courteous interactions with customers and the public
+ Complete other job‑related duties as needed
What We Need From You
+ Valid Class A or B CDL
+ Clean driving record
+ 2+ years of local driving experience (roll‑off experience preferred)
+ Strong safety focus and reliability
+ Comfort working independently in a production‑driven environment
