Objective:
Responsibilities include organizing and monitoring storage and distribution of goods with the demonstrated ability to handle and optimize the logistics from start to finish for in-field support for company.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for adhering to all Company and Project safety programs, policies, and procedures as well as all Federal, State, and local safety codes and regulations.
Successfully complete Company safety induction training to perform the requirements aligned with this responsibility.
Will work on such machines but not limited to, forklift, crane, hand tools, saws, drills, etc., and other pieces of equipment as required by supervisor or the job requirement.
Visualize and facilitate logistics of field transportation and customer service.
Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
Load, unload, and move material within or near the plant yard or work site.
Assists in the operation and maintenance of concrete pumps, plaster pumps and air compressors and various power and hand tools.
Maintain logs and records of materials and executed orders.
Coordinate logistics according to availabilities and requirements.
Resolve shipment and inventory issues.
Prepare and maintain supplies for shipping.
Supervise the orders and make adjustments to keep the stock levels sufficient.
Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency.
Prepare and present reports for the Rockwork Logistics Lead and higher management.
In addition to above:
CDL Driver with a Passenger (P) Endorsement with an acceptable driving record
Operate a passenger bus, shuttle, or van (designed for 16%2B passengers) safely to and from designated pickup/drop-off points.
Perform comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (checking fluids, brakes, lights, tires, emergency equipment) to ensure safety.
Adhere to established, authorized, or scheduled routes while ensuring timely arrivals.
Ensure the vehicle is cleaned and maintained and meets company standards and brand representation.

Qualifications/Experience/ Skills and Attributes: Required:
Minimum of two-years proven, successful experience as a logistics support.
Education High school diploma or GED preferred. must be able to perform basic reading, writing and mathematical functions.
Must be able to operate machinery in all weather conditions and terrains.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, memorandums, and correspondence.
Able to communicate effectively and professional manner with all customers, team members, and management.
Able to work with minimal supervision and with minimal technical guidance.
Excellent organization and time management skills
Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
Required: Level II
In addition to above:
Valid Commercial Drivers License (CDL) Class A or B with Passenger (P) Endorsement.
12%2B years of experience as a commercial passenger driver preferred.
Preferred:
Bilingual in English/Spanish
Prior experience in industrial or construction site transportation
Ability to read and decipher electrical schematics and machine drawings.
Good knowledge of the materials, tools, equipment, and machinery that are used in the industry is preferred.
Working Conditions / Schedule:
While performing the duties of this job, this is primarily an in-field position and change of work hours will be determined by the Superintendent (based on daylight hours and project needs).
General Hours: 6am 2:30pm (MON-FRI)
30-minute lunch (unpaid)
15-minute break (paid)
Work environment will change often and will require consistent awareness to surroundings and potential dangers to themselves and others.
May be required to work under extreme environmental conditions and work from excessive heights with high reach equipment and/or scaffolding elevations.
Physical Requirements: The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. with assistance from others or lifting devices from floor to waist and waist to floor.
Ability to walk, hear, see in order to reasonably perform essential job functions.
Must have agility and a good sense of balance, willing to work in high places.
