Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through the repair process from vehicle check-in to delivery.
- Write and manage repair orders, prepare estimates, and present maintenance and repair recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and accurate repair timelines.
- Build trust with customers through honest communication and exceptional service.
- Follow up on repair approvals, provide status updates, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the repair process.
- Meet or exceed sales, gross profit, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and welcoming front office.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (independent shop or dealership preferred).
- Strong sales and customer service skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
- Good understanding of automotive systems, maintenance, and repair procedures.
- Experience using shop management software (Tekmetric, Mitchell, RO Writer, Shop-Ware, or similar).
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
