Support ROC Technicians and manage 8-10 assigned ROC2 facilities
Troubleshoot and optimize plant operations with ROC and plant teams
Update SSOP manuals and develop training materials, including eMOC training
Serve as primary contact for plant operation questions; be on-call for assigned plants
Participate in major maintenance and upgrades when possible
Lead shift operators alongside Lead Technician, liaising with ROC management
